Art Director & Developer. An independent digital product builder combining SwiftUI, React/Next.js, WordPress, e-commerce and brand systems in one studio practice.
I am Hasan Cemil Acar, also known as rentonhead. I am an Istanbul-based independent Art Director and Developer. I bridge design and development to create end-to-end digital products for brands, startups and personal ventures.
On the technical side, I build native Swift/SwiftUI iOS applications, React & Next.js web experiences, Python/Firebase backed product flows and sustainable WordPress/WooCommerce commerce systems.
On the creative side, I design visual identities, interfaces, App Store screens and brand systems with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. My goal is to turn abstract ideas into functional, aesthetic and measurable digital experiences.
Core practice areas where I specialize—from native iOS development and tailored e-commerce architectures to user interface design and search engine optimization (SEO).
Not just a good-looking screen; a fast, understandable and conversion-aware website with clean structure, mobile polish and search-ready foundations.
View service ↗02 · IstanbulAn e-commerce site is more than a product list; it needs clear categories, fast discovery, trustworthy checkout and measurable conversion paths.
View service ↗03 · IstanbulSometimes the healthy WordPress solution is not another theme setting, but a small custom plugin that turns a business need into maintainable code.
View service ↗04 · IstanbulAn iOS app should be planned with screen design, haptics, data flow, subscriptions, App Store visuals and launch operations together.
View service ↗05 · IstanbulFor many users the App Store page is the first demo of the app. Visual hierarchy, promise and screen choice can decide the install.
View service ↗06 · IstanbulLocal SEO is not a few keywords on a page; service area, page architecture, schema, Google Business Profile and trust signals need to work together.
View service ↗07 · IstanbulUI/UX design is not decoration; it reduces decision load, clarifies the user journey and describes the structure developers will build.
View service ↗Eight core practices orbit the same spine: deciding how something should look and how it should work with the same hand.
Builds brand identities, mobile interfaces and web experiences with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, balancing visual direction with product usability.

Develops native, performant and maintainable iOS applications with Swift and SwiftUI.
Builds turnkey commerce systems on WooCommerce, WordPress and Shopify, covering theme work, payments, product flows and performance.
Ships fast, dynamic and elegant websites with React, Next.js and Tailwind CSS, supported by Python and Firebase when the product needs data workflows.
Designs conversion-focused App Store screenshots, launch visuals and ASO-ready presentation systems for mobile apps.
Develops clean, maintainable, project-specific WordPress, WooCommerce and Elementor plugins with PHP.
Makes sites understandable for search and AI answer engines through local SEO, technical metadata, structured data and Generative Engine Optimization.
Every project moves through a five-step rhythm. The same mind stays with the file from the first conversation to launch, so the visual decision and the technical decision keep speaking to each other.
We start with a focused conversation: what you are building, who it is for, why it matters, where competitors are looking, and where your product should stand. The phase ends with a written note, a concrete scope and a clear timeline.
I prepare a small set of visual and product directions. Once we choose the direction together, the work stops being random variation and becomes deliberate refinement.
We move quickly from static composition to a usable prototype. Typography, grid, color and motion live in one product file, and feedback happens on a screen that can be touched.
I write the interface I design. Whether it is SwiftUI, modern web or WordPress, having the same person draw and build the screen removes the gap between design intent and implementation.
We publish, document and hand over the files in a way an internal team can understand. The first three months stay open for small adjustments, measurement and polish.
